Welcome to the Portsmouth Homoeopathic Practice Home Page
The Portsmouth Homoeopathic Practice was founded in September 2003 with the
union of three local and like-minded homoeopaths. Tim Lloyd has been in practice
for 7 years in and around the Portsmouth area, as well as working in a busy
practice in Marlow. Helen Jerrard and Maggie Reilly graduated from their respective
colleges in June 2003, bringing classical, practical and modern day homeopathy
to the community.
OUR AIM
We aim to provide an excellent standard of care for those wishing to improve
and maintain their health and well-being. Homoeopathy is able to help patients
with a wide range of physical ailments and conditions as well as with mental
and emotional problems. There is more to health than just being “alright”.
We aim to help you experience the vigour and vitality that is rightfully yours.
INDIVIDUAL CARE
The consultation involves taking a detailed case history, which enables your
homeopath to treat you according to your individual needs. All information
given is confidential and appointments will usually last between 30 minutes
and an hour. The duration of the treatment depends on the individual. If you
have been unwell for a number of years it will take longer to bring about
a complete and gentle cure. Free 20-minute consultations are available if
you want to know more about homoeopathy. The cost of treatment usually includes
all remedies.
OTHER SERVICES OFFERED
1: A drop in clinic is held on Saturday morning between 10.30 and 12.30 twice a month. No appointment is necessary and the fees are £10.00 per person, which includes the remedies. The acute clinic is ideal for the treatment of coughs, colds, sore throats, headaches, fever, earaches, minor injuries, aches and sprains. Tell your friends and family, acute prescribing is a wonderful introduction to homoeopathy.
